Did Sony buy the rights to this game? why isn't it available for 360?
This seems like the perfect game to compare where both consoles stand at the moment.
is it really that big a deal that we won't be able to start playing right away?
I for one would welcome other games to do this if it means cutting down the loading times. DMC4 loads a hell of a lot and i enjoy not having to stare at a NOW LOADING.... screen for more than a couple of secs.
I was really hoping this game would be good. One of my friends who also owns both ps3 & 360 told me he might get and i suggested he should pick up the 360 version.
it's close though, no need to lose sleep over it.

they're still achievements, they just don't have a gamerscore attached to it which makes your E-penis grow. Big deal, achievements are achievements so don't give me that fanboy crap.
Burnout is a fun game, i've put a good amount of hours into it already. plus the online interface on ps3 is seamless.

MadMax. when you go to display settings, the system has an option towards the bottom which allows you to switch the HDMI output.
Most people can see a big difference when switching to Full from the default option which is set to Limited.
I compared both demos. X360 VGA (extended) set to 1280x1024.
PS3 RGB Full/Super White= On.
Only difference was the PS3 version was a little brighter. since i don't have an HDMI 360 i don't believe it's a fair comparison, based on MY particular TV and it's settings for different Video Inputs. the PS3 version looks better.
it will continue to sell, don't expect it to hit 1 million and suddenly stop selling.

Well, i don't know where this reviewer got his information, but there are achievements for the ps3 version. it just doesn't say "achievement Unlocked" but they are still there. They're called paradise awards, so far i have 7/60. so for those of you saying achievements add replayability, there you go, Criterion included them with PS3 version as well.
actually, it doesn't. Which console do you think has a longer shelf life? at this pace, once 360 is discontinued and microsoft moves on to it's new console, it will take PS3 far less than 1 year to surpass 360s total sales.
Got it for PS3. It works great with DS3.
